Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern use of the ProMed VAs website and public-facing workforce, recruitment, training, and business inquiry features. By using the website, you agree to these terms to the extent permitted by applicable law.

This website is not a medical service or patient portal. Do not use it for emergencies, diagnosis, treatment decisions, or submission of protected health information (PHI).

About ProMed VAs

ProMed VAs provides healthcare administrative workforce services, including recruitment, screening, training, workforce placement, and related operational support. Specific services, pricing, staffing arrangements, service levels, security obligations, and business associate terms are governed by separate written agreements when applicable.

Website information

Website content is provided for general business and informational purposes. Descriptions of services, workflows, training, savings estimates, timelines, and operational outcomes are not guarantees unless expressly included in a signed agreement.

Practice inquiries

If you request a practice assessment or other business contact, you agree to provide accurate information and to use business contact details you are authorized to provide. Submission of an inquiry does not create a client relationship or obligate either party to enter into an engagement.

Talent applications

Candidates are responsible for providing accurate qualifications, work history, availability, assessment responses, and other application information. Submission or completion of an application does not guarantee acceptance, training enrollment, certification, placement, compensation, hours, or continued engagement. ProMed VAs may verify information and apply role-specific screening requirements consistent with applicable law and policy.

Training and certification

ProMed training, readiness scores, badges, or internal certifications describe completion of ProMed-defined requirements unless otherwise stated. They do not represent a government license, board certification, professional credential, or third-party accreditation.

Acceptable use

You may not use the website to violate law, infringe rights, introduce malicious code, interfere with security, attempt unauthorized access, scrape restricted information, impersonate another person, or submit confidential patient data through public forms.

Intellectual property

Unless otherwise indicated, the website design, branding, copy, training materials, and original content are owned by or licensed to ProMed VAs. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit protected materials without permission.

Third-party services

The website may reference or link to third-party software, platforms, or services. Those third parties operate under their own terms and privacy practices. References to third-party products do not imply sponsorship, partnership, or endorsement unless explicitly stated.

No warranties

The website is provided on an “as available” basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProMed VAs disclaims implied warranties regarding uninterrupted operation, error-free content, fitness for a particular purpose, and specific business outcomes.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ProMed VAs will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising solely from use of the public website. Any liability arising from a paid client engagement is governed by the applicable signed agreement.

Changes

We may update these terms as our services, systems, or legal obligations change. Continued use after an update constitutes acceptance to the extent permitted by law.
